Steps to Use the B2B Portal

  1. Login at https://ice2026.b2bmeeting.in with your provided user ID and password.
  2. Complete your profile by updating personal and company details, sectors of interest, and B2B objectives. Upload a recent photo for better visibility.
  3. Search and connect with other participants via the 'List of Participants' tab. Filter by name, company, or sector.
  4. Send meeting invites by clicking 'Request Meeting' option visible next to a participant's profile. Select meeting place, date, time, and meeting table to schedule meeting. In case you want to meet exhibitors in their exhibition area, please select Exhibitor Booth option.
  5. Manage your schedule via the dashboard accept, reschedule, or cancel meetings as needed.
  6. View and download your B2B meeting schedule under the 'My Meetings' section.
  7. Promote your projects/products in the 'Project Proposal' section—visible to all summit delegates.
